Welcome to WeMindr ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your
access to and use of the WeMindr social scheduling app ("App"), including any content,
functionality, and services offered on or through the App. By accessing or using WeMindr, you
agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from
using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using WeMindr, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use WeMindr. By using the App, you represent and
warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Account Registration
To use certain features of WeMindr, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide
accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your
information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct
You agree to use WeMindr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You
agree not to:
- Use the App in any manner that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international
law or regulation.
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate WeMindr, a WeMindr employee, another user, or any
other person or entity.
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory,
vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App, or
which, as determined by us, may harm WeMindr or users of the App or expose them to liability.

5. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of all content you create, share, or post through WeMindr. However, by
submitting content to the App, you grant WeMindr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free,
perpetual.
